When you fill out our estimate or quote form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address or town, and the details you share about the work, such as the type of job, timing or budget.
If you call or email us, we keep the details of that conversation so we can follow up.
If you call us and leave a voicemail, we keep the recording for up to 90 days to return your call, then delete it. We do not record live calls.
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. We use it to keep the site secure and running.
We also note how you found us: the link, ad or printed QR code that brought you here, any campaign tags in that link, the page you landed on and the site that sent you. This is attached to your form request so we can tell which of our advertising works. Your browser keeps this note in session storage, which clears when you close the tab.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets first-party cookies and sends Google your browser type, approximate location and the pages you view. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We keep your information as long as we need it to answer your request, do the work and keep business and tax records. Then we delete it.
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@legendsrenovationstn.com. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and stop emails by telling us. We answer these requests within 30 days.
