Legends Renovations remodels homes in Knoxville and East Tennessee: kitchens, baths, basements, additions and whole-home renovations. The same team runs your job from the first walk-through to the final punch list.
We take on six kinds of work: whole-home renovations, additions, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, finished basements and garages, including finished space above. We would rather do those well than try to do everything.
The same team walks your property, writes your estimate, runs the job and closes out the punch list. You always know who is responsible for your project, and nothing gets lost between handoffs.
Every project starts with a walk-through and a written estimate. No work starts until you have signed off on the scope and price. Once you do, you get a signed scope and schedule, and your project team sends a progress update every week until the job is done.
Legends Renovations is a Legends Development Partners company. Legends Development Partners is a Knoxville-based land development and investment company working across East Tennessee.
